It’s 2012, but these people never moved on from 1950. It’s disgusting that people ever felt this way, but especially that they still feel this way. Seriously, can they give one logical reason for opposing interracial marriage, besides racism and hate? My favorite part is when Conservatives try to pretend that racism was never a main pillar of their platform. When I saw this, I instantly thought about white LGBT appropriating the black struggle while most of them do not give a shit about LGBT of color. They would rather wait for PoC to fight for their rights to marry whomever they want and it is only when little progress has been made, that they would come out of the woods to suck on that little progress like leeches.
